Add New: Create a new appointment. Select Patient and date, and the system displays all caregivers who are available that day and times they are busy.
Also see each caregiver’s compatibility with that patient, total hours spent with that patient, and hours booked that week.
Change: To change caregivers for any appointment in one click.
Recurring Schedules: Select patient, period, times of day, and days of week. Then, for each day of the week, select caregiver.
Compatible: After the Caregiver visits, ask the patient to rate on 5 dimensions: Quality of Care, Personality, Cultural Match, Language Match, and Distance from Home.
Incompatible: Shows every Caregiver who a patient has rated incompatible.
Load Factor: See how many hours each caregiver is booked in a particular week.
Reports: Mix and match criteria.
